2023 PAAEL ANNUAL CONFERENCE
The 2023 PAAEL Annual Conference will be held Tuesday October 17 and Wednesday October 18 at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg – Hershey at 604 Station Rd, Grantville PA 17028.
The 2023 conference will include two days of training. Tuesday’s topics include two tracks: Quality/Technical and Chapter 252. Tuesday will also include a full day Trade Show with an afternoon Meet and Greet with the vendors and door prizes. Wednesday will only be one track and will include a presentation a regulatory panel from PADEP.
We are excited to have as our Keynote Speaker, Jeff Jumper – PA Emergency Management who will provide “A Changing Climate in our Commonwealth: What it Looks Like and How Pennsylvania is Building Toward Resilience”.

The Deadline to register is October 5th.
The fee for Member Labs is $300 for the full Conference or $200 for one day per person and for non-Member Labs is $700 for the full Conference or $600 for one day per person. Note: a 2% surcharge will be added to Credit Card Payments.

To allow for only one charge, you can register and pay by credit card for both the Pre-Conference Training and Conference attendance below. Note: a 2% surcharge will be added to Credit Card Payments.
Registration fees include parking, admission to all convention sessions, exhibits, and all meal functions. Meal functions for each day you are registered include Breakfast Buffet, Lunch Buffet, Morning and Afternoon Breaks and the Tuesday Meet and Greet with the Vendors. The registration fee does not include lodging. You are required to secure and pay for your own lodging. The Holiday Inn Harrisburg/Hershey has reserved a block of rooms for the Conference – $119/Room. Go to website: www.stayholiday.com to book your room reservation. After you select your check in and check out dates, click on the rate preference box and enter the code B9W in the section that says Group Code. The deadline to reserve a room at this rate is October 1.

Registration Fee is non-refundable. Refunds will be made only if the event is cancelled. Substitutions can be made by contacting the office.
