We have kept Registration Fees the same as last year. Those fees were significantly reduced from prior years to make attendance more affordable for multiple members from the same lab. Registration fees include admission to all convention sessions, exhibits, and all meal functions. Meal functions include Breakfast Buffet, Lunch Buffet, Morning and Afternoon Breaks and the Monday Meet and Greet with the Vendors. The registration fee does not include lodging. Early Registration Discount

You can take advantage of the Early Registration Discount by emailing your registration to office@paael.org before September 17, 2018 and mailing the check to the office before October 8, 2018. Emailed registrations

PADEP Contact Hours

The conference has been submitted to PADEP for Drinking Water and Wastewater contact hours. Hours may be applicable for Engineering PHD Hours. You must arrive on time and stay for the required conference time to be eligible for these hours as per PADEP regulations

NOTE: ANYONE REQUESTING A CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE MUST DO SO IN ADVANCE BY CHECKING THE “CERTIFICATE REQUESTED BOX”; OPERATORS INCLUDE YOUR CID NUMBER.

Lodging

The Annual Conference will be held at The Inn at Reading, 1040 North Park Rd, Wyomissing, PA 19610. A block of rooms have been reserved at the Inn at Reading under the designation “PAAEL Convention” at a rate of $94 per night. No online code is available; please book by calling hotel at (610) 372-7811.
